I have always loved tackling little projects. I can remember being extremely excited in grade school when my teacher assigned projects; more specifically those that included arts and crafts. One of my favorites was creating the Pantheon in Rome. Even as an adult I can still remember going to Michaels with my mother to get the supplies. It turned out great! Nowadays, I try to find little DIY projects that can help me be a better home economist.
What I love the most about DIY hacks is there are so many benefits to doing things yourself. To begin, it typically saves money. Not only that but I have found great joy in knowing what chemicals I’m putting in my products when creating it. Unfortunately, we now live in a society that is so capitalistic where some businesses care more about profit margins than protecting its consumers. To combat that I’ve decided I will start creating some of my products (beauty, household sprays, and so forth.) Honestly, I’m in a place where I would be willing to make a replacement for each product I currently use. I will research to figure out how to create if it is possible. Annnnnd I KNOW. . . I can do all things… You know the rest…if not, I’ll help you out. 🙂
